  CarDekho RoadSide assistance is a FREE 24x7 roadside emergency service. In the unforeseen event of your vehicle getting immobilized due to a breakdown or road accident our service will provide immediate help. We will provide on the spot vehicle assistance and towing to the nearest dealer.

• Once I enroll for FREE CarDekho RoadSide
  Assistance, when will the coverage start?

  The coverage will begin 24 hours (1 working day) from the time of enrolment and It is valid for a period of six months only.

• I have a commercial vehicle / taxi. Can I enroll in the
  CarDekho RSA Program?

  Currently, commercial vehicles cannot be enrolled.

• Is there a vehicle age limit to enroll in the
  CarDekho RSA program?

  All private vehicles of any make and model up to 10 years from date of registration can enroll.

• In which cities is the roadside assistance service available?

  The roadside assistance service is available nation-wide.

• Will you tow the vehicle for all kinds of break-downs?

  If it is not possible to repair the vehicle on the spot (ROS), it will be towed to the nearest dealer service center.

• Is there a vehicle age limit to enroll in the

• In case of on the spot repairs and/or delivery of fuel,
  what is covered under the CarDekho RSA Program?

  In case of repairs and delivery of fuel, the cost of spare parts and fuel has to be borne by the customer.

  If the actual distance of towing and ROS exceeds the coverage radius, extra kilometers will be charged as per the following: ROS = Rs 15, Winch & Tow Truck = Rs 25, UWL = Rs 30, Flat Bed Truck = Rs 40 per kilometer
